Popular exercise classer which helps build strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into alignment. Hosted by Mel at Nuffield Health in Farnborough .
Pilates exercise classes to improve posture, flexibility and strength, reduce back pain and encourage freedom of movement. Mondays 6.30pm and 7.30pm Tuesdays at 2pm Thursdays at 7.30pm now held at Mytchett Community Centre.

Pilates helps to reshape your body, which will become leaner and more toned as a result of undertaking this class. It will also improve your posture, achieving the perfect balance between strength and flexibility.
